The project aims to work with high schools, universities, and the private sector to guide high school students in choosing a major that suits their qualifications, personality, aspirations, and capabilities, while ensuring a minimum level of career prospects in Lebanon first and abroad second. This will guarantee students at least an appropriate job opportunity and provide the labor market with graduates in demanded specializations.

Project Stages

The project consists of the following tracks:

1. Selecting a group of private and public high schools interested in collaborating on this project.
2. The high school appoints a coordinator responsible for communicating with the students.
3. Training the coordinators through an online lecture to explain the project and the work process.
4. An online lecture for students, attended by the coordinators, with a specialized human resources expert in career guidance.
5. Students fill out a specialized electronic questionnaire either collectively or one-on-one with the coordinator to gather individual information.
6. Each student receives a guidance report to narrow down their options.
7. Providing students with the opportunity to experience the chosen specialization in private sector institutions.
8. Post-experience evaluation by the company and the student.
9. Later on, holding evaluative meetings for each student with specialists during the university guidance fair.
